parts. External marketing and Internal marketing are broken into three parts
each.
The most successful
plans are those where the staff (doctor/P.T. you can usually get the brunt of growing
your practice off your plate if you let us work directly with training your
staff) is implementing and overseeing a project in each area.
The ones that work well
are automated as much as possible and become a “semi- permanent” part of the
ongoing clinic procedures, those that do not work well are “tweaked” and if they
still do not work, are discarded and replaced with a new approach.
Multiple approaches and
“streams” of new patients are what help create consistency and growth.
This also guards against
the devastation we see, time and time again, when a practice has a really hot
marketing approach, that brings them the majority of their new patients, totally
collapse due to a market, reimbursement, research, legal, or regulatory change.
(Just recently, look at the law suits relative to disc decompression false
advertising [decompression is OK, but not false claims] that shut down folks
marketing, the loss of work comp in Texas and California that devastated myopic
practices, the over saturation of infomercials in many markets making the “late
comers” big financial losers, the “pooled dollar” campaigns that are producing
little or no response…and on and on…)
