danger zone. Most people at this level are not satisfied with their level of
fun and profit but are not motivated enough to do anything about it—the pain is
not great enough ---yet. (You know about the two old Texas guys on the porch?
The one says, “Why is that old blood hound howling out there in the yard?” The
other replies, “He’s layin on a nail”. The first one says, “Why don’t he
